Our custom made wax is scientifically engineered to give you ultimate traction in the water. We have developed our own unique formula over a number of years and tested the technical qualities in a variety of conditions.
Our wax is 100% made in the UK. Through our rigorous testing we have found that the consistency of surf wax can change depending on the ratio of raw ingredients and the temperature that they are mixed at and how evenly the ingredients are distributed during the mixing process.
Our surf wax is manufactured in a specialised labratory to give the best results possible. The hardness of our wax is more than adequate for British water temperatures all the way up to 16c and unlike other brands our wax will not congeal into soft cells half way through your session.
We will not be beaten on qulality, tried and tested in the UK our custom surf wax gives you ultimate traction in the water all year round. Check at the bottom of our page to see current stock levels.

Wax Up Your Stick!
You may have heard of the term base coat? This is normally a harder coat of wax which has a higher percentage of parafin in its mix. Although our surf wax would be classed as a top coat it is more than efficient to wax up a surfboard that has been cleared of wax or a brand spanking new one!
Generally speaking a Longboard should be waxed from nose to tail and a shortboard should only require 2/3 of wax depending whether it has a tail pad or not?
Take a quick look at the wax guide diagram above if you are unsure.
The basic rule is to get an even coat of wax. You will see different people waxing their boards in different ways. We suggest to apply our wax using light pressure in a circular motion. This will help build up small bumps of wax on the deck like the photograph above.
Wax should be applied before each session. Some people choose to rub their wax on in a more aggressive way and in different directions, side to side, checkered patterns, up and down. In reality there is no right or wrong way to apply wax as long as you produce a grippy surface.
Keep your gear in check if you build up a large amount of wax on your deck clean it off and start the process again!
